1. Organizer
The organizer of the sweepstakes is DITUPA GmbH, Kirchweg 33, 6600 Pflach, Austria ("Organizer"), in connection with REMAPBASE
2. Subject of the Sweepstakes
Among all eligible participants, 3× "AutoTuner One" will be raffled, each including a tuning of choice for a compatible vehicle of the winner.
The tuning of choice includes an engine or transmission software variant offered by DITUPA GmbH for vehicles that are compatible with both the DITUPA app and AutoTuner One; additional services such as installation, travel, registration, additional hardware, or other costs are not part of the prize.
3. Eligibility
- Natural persons who are residents of an EU member state and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
- Employees of DITUPA GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
- Participation on behalf of third parties, through sweepstakes agencies, automated services, bots, or similar mechanisms is not permitted.
4. Participation and Sweepstakes Period
Participation in the sweepstakes is free, voluntary, and not tied to a purchase beyond the requirements described in the sweepstakes announcement.

The exact participation period (start and end) will be specified in the sweepstakes announcement; entries after the end of the participation period will not be considered.
5. Exclusion from the Sweepstakes
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the sweepstakes if there is a reasonable suspicion of manipulation, use of unfair means, violation of these terms and conditions, or provision of false information.
6. Determination and Notification of Winners
- Winners will be determined randomly from all valid entries after the end of the participation period.
- Winners will be notified within a reasonable period via the contact information used in the entry (e.g., email, in-app message, social media message).
- Each winner must confirm receipt of the winner notification within 7 days and provide the information necessary for processing (e.g., name, address, vehicle data). If no response is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited and the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
7. Prize Fulfillment
- The specific form of prize delivery (e.g., shipping of the device, online activation, scheduling of the tuning) will be individually coordinated with the winner.
- The winner is solely responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is technically suitable and legally permitted to use the selected tuning; any costs for modifications, inspection reports, registrations, or insurance adjustments are borne by the winner.
8. Liability
- The organizer is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health in accordance with statutory provisions.
- No liability is assumed for technical malfunctions, failures of networks, servers, or third-party platforms (e.g., social media, app stores), or for faulty data transmission, unless caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
9. Data Protection
- Personal data (e.g., name, contact details, vehicle data if applicable) will be collected and processed for participation in the sweepstakes.
- Data processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of conducting the sweepstakes, winner notification and fulfillment, and any legally required documentation.
- The data controller within the meaning of the GDPR is DITUPA GmbH, Kirchweg 33, 6600 Pflach, Austria.
- Data will only be shared with third parties to the extent necessary for conducting the sweepstakes (e.g., shipping service providers) or if there is a legal obligation.
- After completion of the sweepstakes and fulfillment of prizes, the data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.
- Participants have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection in accordance with statutory provisions. Corresponding requests can be directed to the contact address specified in the imprint or privacy policy of the organizer.
10. Publication of Winners
By participating in the sweepstakes, winners agree that their first name and initial of their last name (e.g., "Max M.") as well as, if applicable, their place of residence in abbreviated form may be published in connection with the sweepstakes (e.g., on the website, in the app, or on social media channels of the organizer). Further publication will only occur with express consent.
11. Early Termination and Changes
The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes at any time for good cause, particularly in the event of technical problems, manipulation attempts, or other circumstances that no longer guarantee proper execution. Any participation claims that have already arisen remain unaffected, insofar as this is reasonable.
12. Legal Recourse and Applicable Law
- Legal recourse regarding the drawing of winners is excluded.
- The substantive law of the Republic of Austria applies, excluding conflict of law rules, insofar as mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the participant has their habitual residence do not conflict.
13. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory regulation.
